Ray is an active CPA, CGMA, founding board member of the Sacramento Finance Executive International (FEI) chapter, and member of the CFO Leadership Council. He received his BSC in Accounting from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Ray has had a distinguished career, one that spans Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Sacramento roles. He earned his CPA while at Deloitte and spent 16 years in various finance leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard. He has been CFO and COO within venture capital, early-stage start-ups, and professional services. He was named CFO of the Year by the Sacramento Business Journal in 2020.
Ray thrives on setting big professional and personal goals, competing, and overcoming obstacles to find success. In his free time, Ray is a competitive USTA tennis player, NTRP National Doubles Champion, and ranked #2 in the USA and #1 in Northern California. He is also a certified master fly fisher and enjoys searching for trout and steelhead with friends whenever he gets the chance.

With over three decades of experience in Accounting and Finance executive recruitment, Nadica has developed an extensive client network throughout Northern California. She thrives on cultivating workplace environments centered on trust, engagement, and growth. At Accountants International, Nadica had full profit and loss responsibility for leading a nationwide recruiting team. Her management style encompasses empowering teams and fostering the development of future leaders, all while maintaining a strong focus on business performance.
Nadica’s accolades include receiving multiple President’s Club and Employee of the Year awards. She is also a Business Advisor with the Sacramento Business Journal, and public speaker with the Sacramento Employment Advisory Council (SEAC).
Nadica attended Notre Dame d Numur University, majoring in psychology and sociology. Nadica takes a humanistic approach in the service of others. She has volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, VP of the PTA, and mentor for the Woman’s Empowerment Institute. In addition, with her Broadway performance background, and professional football dance experience, Nadica frequently volunteers her time as choreographer for youth dance productions.
